From brief to broadcast
A structured production workflow built around clarity and efficiency.
Discovery & Brief
Every project starts with a conversation. We need to understand your business, your audience, and what you want the video to achieve. Not just aesthetically but functionally.
We ask about distribution channels, target viewers, tone, and any existing brand guidelines. This stage is short and focused. Usually one meeting or a detailed written brief is enough to move forward.
- Goal and audience definition
- Format and platform requirements
- Brand tone and visual references
- Timeline and delivery expectations
Pre-Production Planning
Before any camera is switched on, we plan the shoot in detail. Shot lists, location scouting if needed, equipment selection, and crew briefing all happen here.
For event coverage, we coordinate with your event team to understand the schedule and identify key moments. For scripted promos, we develop a shooting script and storyboard outline.
- Shot list and storyboard
- Location assessment
- Equipment and crew planning
Production / Filming
We arrive on time, set up efficiently, and work without disrupting your business or event more than necessary. Our crew operates with a clear brief and knows what footage is needed.
We shoot with professional cameras, audio equipment, and lighting suited to the environment. Natural light is used where it serves the look. Controlled lighting where it doesn't.
- Professional camera and audio capture
- On-location or in-studio filming
- Interview and documentary coverage
- B-roll and cutaway footage
Post-Production & Editing
This is where the footage becomes a finished video. We handle the full post-production workflow internally: editing, color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
You receive a first cut for review. Feedback is consolidated and applied in one revision round for most projects. Additional rounds can be arranged if needed.
- Rough cut and structure edit
- Color grading and correction
- Sound design and music
- Motion graphics and titles
- Client review and revision
Delivery & Formats
Final files are delivered in the formats your distribution channels require. Web, broadcast, social media. Each platform has different specifications and we handle the export accordingly.
Files are delivered via secure download link or on physical media if preferred. We retain project files for a defined period in case additional edits or format exports are needed later.
- Platform-optimized exports
- Secure file delivery
- Project file archiving
What people usually ask
It depends on the scope. A short promotional video for social media can be turned around in a few days from shoot to delivery. A longer documentary-style production or a multi-location event coverage typically takes one to two weeks in post-production. We confirm timelines at the brief stage before any work begins.
We can work either way. Some clients arrive with a clear script. Others prefer us to develop a structure based on the brief. We don't charge separately for basic scripting on most projects, but complex scripted productions may involve a separate planning phase.
Standard projects include one structured revision round after the first cut. We ask clients to consolidate all feedback before we apply changes, which keeps the process efficient. Additional revision rounds can be arranged and are discussed during quoting if the project scope suggests they may be needed.
Yes. We regularly work in Cairo and Giza, and have covered events along the North Coast. Travel costs and logistics are discussed during the quoting stage and included transparently in the project cost.
